This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from PurpleShoshana. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Price and Payment Terms.
Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal). Orders are not binding upon PurpleShoshana until accepted by PurpleShoshana. Any price quotations given by PurpleShoshana will be valid for the period stated on the quotation, with the exception that PurpleShoshana reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes, which will be added.

Shipping and Title.
PurpleShoshana will arrange shipping of the products to your address. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. PurpleShoshana will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, or acts of God.

Inspection of Products Upon Receipt.
You must examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify PurpleShoshana at once. PurpleShoshana will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy
PurpleShoshana usually offers an exchange only on merchandise purchased. Any item to be returned must be returned in exactly the same condition as when sold, complete with all original packing materials.

At PurpleShoshana's discretion a refund may be issued. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and 2.5% handling fee. All shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the refundee.

All returning merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and PurpleShoshana reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. Please contact PurpleShoshana Sales prior to making your return. Do not mark or sticker the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship all items to us pre-paid and for your protection insure the package and ship via traceable methods. Please note PurpleShoshana is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
